    KOLOSSA is a real estate company known for its portfolio of high-quality commercial spaces. With strategically located properties on both the north and south shores of Québec City, we work to ensure a complementary commercial offer in all our buildings in order to contribute to the success of our tenants.

    What’s more, we pay careful attention to the preventative maintenance of our properties and modernize them as needed.

    KOLOSSA began operations in the 1980s, as a property manager of commercial spaces home to branches of the grocery chain Le Jardin Mobile.

    In 1990, the company expanded its operations by adding four shopping malls to its assets, and its transactions in the years since have established the company as a credible player in the commercial property sector. For example, in 2011, our growth was accelerated by the construction of new buildings, the acquisition of several lots and the purchase of other existing shopping centres. Three years later, KOLOSSA built four new buildings and acquired two more shopping centres—Le 965 de Bourgogne in Sainte-Foy, and Les Halles Cartier in Montcalm.

    KOLOSSA offers businesspeople and retailers a wide range of top-quality commercial spaces in high traffic areas.
